Job Title: Payroll Consultant (Temporary)

Duration: 3-4 months
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant for a temporary engagement to support our payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ADP Workforce Now, with a proven track record of accurate payroll processing, compliance, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll using ADP Workforce Now
Audit and reconcile employee timecards, including missed punches, overtime, and corrections
Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide timely resolution
Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings in compliance with federal and state laws
Ensure accuracy of payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes
Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
Assist with year-end activities, including W-2 processing and reporting
Qualifications:
6+ years of payroll experience, with recent use of ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws and regulations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in multi-state payroll is a plus
Pay $35 - $40 per hr.
